Description
Kitten can build most of our housings using plastic linings for resistance to aggressive chemical and saltwater. Not to be confused with “coatings,” Kitten linings offer 2 to 4 mm thickness in:
- Polyethylene, high molecular weight
- Polypropylene
- TEFZEL
- PVDF
The base housing can be made from either stainless or carbon steel, to which a lining is applied to cover all wetted surfaces. This robust system uses the strength of steel to withstand pressure, while maintaining chemical resistance with a polymer barrier.
